What counts as a MAU (Monthly Active User)?

A MAU is any unique user that evaluates at least one feature flag in a given month. Anonymous users and server-side evaluations without a userId don't count toward your MAU limit.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, we'll work with you to find the right plan. We never cut off access abruptly.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
